I operate a small local 501c3 animal rescue and needed to rectify some IRS filings . Due to the previous CEO's accountant that didn't take care of much anything. The paperwork was new to me and I wasn't sure where to begin. I reached out to several agencies and nobody had any CLUE on what to do. I was on my last rope. Luckily, I found MBS AC and Mr. Ricardo Vallejo was able to provide great insight and guidance on how to approach our dilemma. Unfortunately, the pandemic affected us and we were not able to purchase the services due financial hardship but Mr. Vallejo was courteous and professional and gave us the necessary info (push) to submit the work ourselves. I have a small manufacturing business on the Central Coast. I used to have an accounting firm that handled my bookkeeping and filing needs that, as I found out over the years, was rather deficient and the mistakes they had made with filings caused me a lot of headaches with the IRS (if they mess up, I'm still responsible - go figure). Worst of all, whenever a problem arose, I could not get through to the main accountant - the only one in the firm who made the decisions - he burried his hand inthe sand, so to speak. It was extremely frustrating. My production designer recommended MBS Accountancy. We made the switch and the service was so much better than what we had been used to! Riccardo helped us with the conversion, transferring data, and setting up connections with our payroll system. He was patient, flexible, and able to explain things so that I could understand what was going on. It has been great working with him.
